We're so sad about Durango too, Lacylulu! He was too young to die! Our thoughts and prayers are with Maryann and her brat pack!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Hey Lacy Lulu,
We too were devastated to hear the news of Durango's crossing the rainbow bridge...but like you said, he is at peace now. We are praying fur Maryann and her family so that they receive the strength to get through this hard time...
Wags and licks,
Maya and Kena
I'm so sad for Maryann and the pack. They do so much good and then have so much sadness. Poor Durango, he was too young to die, but at least he was loved and had a good home at the end.
Your pal,
Kirby
It's all very sad Lacy. Poor Maryann losing 3 dogs so close together. We have Maryann and her family in our thoughts.
Hugs and tail wags

Hi LacyLuLu! This was so heartwrenching. We are praying fur the whole familee cos it has been a difficult year. Durango was beeuutiful and knew love before he went to God's Garden. Mommy was watery eyed all day cos we love all our fur friends even if we never even meet them. You posted a wonderful picture.

Hi Lacylulu - How very sad - so many misfortunes over the holiday season to our beloved furry friends. Your blog makes us both cry and smile - so we always come back. (my human says that she liked your song lyrics and your swimming fish, too!

That is so woo-fully sad about puppy Durango. Something should be done about that shelter. They should not have released him for adoption until they were absolutely certain that he was healthy before he could expose other doggies to that bad disease. Maybe he would have had a chance had they caught it at the shelter earlier. Who knows. Mommy was so upset to hear about this. It was sad to begin with that Durango & his litter ended up in a shelter instead of being in a good home in the first place.

Oh how sad. That parvo is mean stuff, but to lose 3 pups in a year is just beyond comprehension. Poor Maryann. Our hearts go out to her.
