mama and i haff been saving all dese picturs on da puter fur just the rite time to show dem and dis iz da time...Asta and her mommie sent me an email today, about a so called artist that tied a dog to a wall in an art place to watch it starve to death...peoples (the ones we all call human), stood around and watched this dog die from abuse and neglect...

and they wuz talking about animal bill of rights... there iz a petition that u can sign if u r fur that, and who that luvs animals is not fur protecting them..the addy fur that iz

is so sad to see those dogs suffered from puppymills...
i'm a rescued dog too, but i'm far more lucky than them...

oh this stuff makes our mommy soooo sad. she wants to rescue every animal and give it a good home. why do humans have to do these terrible things? we just don't understand it at all.

Lacy, we think all those so called "people" should be tazered until they are dead. And..it should be done in public so everyone knows what will happen to them if they abuse defenseless animals!

Mama is not only sad but she is really mad that humans would do such terrible things to animals.
I (Hershey) am one of the luckier ones. When Mama and Papa came to find another schnauzer they were looking at one of my sisters, but I chose them to take me home.
People who do these kinds of things to animals should not have animals in the first place! But at least there are some good samaritans who love animals.

Thank you for posting all those sad pictures. :( People don't really understand puppy mills until they see the poor animals. Dobby is a rescue, but thank goodness he was never a stud in a puppy mill!

What people need to understand is that cute puppy you see in the pet store is MOST likely a product of a puppy mill. Buying a puppy from a pet store is supporting the mills out there. My sister and I were both products of a puppy mill but thankfully, we were rescued by the wonderful people at HUA and then my forever mommy came to get us. The people at the puppy mills are so bad that they tried to produce "rare" dachsies and sell them as such. Problem is they usually end up like my sister, Halo...born without eyes and usually deaf. Thanks for bringing awareness to the horrible abuse out there!

Mom says she will never understand the human mind. We won't either. She's been involved in rescue for several years now and has seen alot. She prays that someday she will see justice for the monsters that abuse animals. Right now there doesn't seem to be any.

My girl heard something on the radio the other day about how pets have gained some anti-stalker rights. Apparently we (pets) can now have restraining orders against people. It said that if my human girl was being stalked and the stalker made any treats against me, that I could get a restraining order to keep the stalker away from me.
We also heard that some auto insurance companies are starting to offer coverage for pet passengers. Cool, huh?
I'm going to make my girl sign the petition right now. We need to keep gaining more rights!
