This is so very hard to write....This is Lacylulu's last picture, I took it Monday evening, we went and got her bunny ears for Koobie's contest...and as u see she still wasnt gonna co operate...We feel lost and soo sooo lonely...We loved that little girl for a long time and continue to love her, always will....I look at her pictures or think of something she did and the tears start again...She lived a lot of years, and I know she was so very happy with us...I just wished i had chickened out on Tuesday and not let her have the surgery, she would b with us now....but he told me it was a non selective surgery...so I went with that and prayed she would survive...Guess God needed another angel to watch over us all...and he picked the most precious baby girl....I want to thank each and every one of u, that left comments for me and Floyd and my sweet Lacylulu....You helped ease the pain more than u will ever know....and to those that put tributes on ur blogs I thank you......I have been reading them, through my tears....

We're still crying and the tears won't stop pouring down from our eyes. If we're this sad we can't imagine how sad you, Lacy Lulu's family, must be. But you're totally right, God was in need of the perfect angel, and of course, that would be Lacy Lulu. Please don't blame yourselves fur letting her have the surgery, you would have never known it'd end up like this, and you were only doing it fur her health. But we bet she's happy now and furever will be, looking down and caring fur you.

My girl says to email her ANYtime if you want to talk. She's been through this twice in the last couple of years and says she knows that it's the price of love.

Hi. I just read about your Lacylulu over at Jan's Funny Farm, and wanted to come and give you my condolences. My heart goes out to you in your time of loss.
I just lost my Shadow, my cat that was a very big part of my life for 17 years, and his mother before him. I took my little man to the vet and he too never came home again. It is so hard to loose him, and yet I am happy for him that he is totally pain free, and once again with his birth mother whom he loved too. I know they are still with me in spirit. We will always be connected in that way, and they will come closer to me each time I think of them.
This is true for your Lacylulu too.

I'm so sorry to hear that you have lost Lacylulu. My heart stood still for a moment when I read what you wrote about the terrible call from the vet. Even here at the opposite end of the world, Lacylulu will be remembered.
Sometimes we just don't know why things happen but they do, and we are just so thankful we had LacyLulu in OUR lives too. We know how special she was to all of us and especially to you guys, we are sending comfort to you tonight.

Very sorry to hear about her passing. Must be soooo heartbreaking for you especially when you've had her more than 10 years. All the memories of her being in the house & all will never be forgotten...We will never forget about sweet little Lacy too. She was the most generous & caring pup I've ever known!
