Our sweet friend, Snowy!!

Our friend Snowball, was loved by a lot of hooomans and doggies and kitties...a little petite girl who loved the beach, swimming, sand and the mall...She lost her battle yesterday and sent a lot of people and their "furkids" in a very sad mood....but like her jie jie said, she's not in pain and suffering anymore...It was very hard for jie jie to watch her friend of years go downhill so fast..jie jie tried everthing to help her...cooking her favorite meals and not feeding her foods that were not good for her...but Snowy kept declining...she kept losing ground...Snowy passed away and went to the bridge before jie jie had to make that ultimate decision to let her go...If your are one of the people who's had to make that decision, it takes a piece of your heart..and very hard to get over, even if it is for the best..

A lot of us called Snowball, Snowy or Snowie...In the chat room that's what we always called her..(Snowy)....and that name stuck...She had been our friend for a long long time...and we will always miss and never forget her sweet smile..RIP my sweet little friend, run with the wind..

Blog Action Day, saving water!!

Help save our water....this little stream at me doggy park, the water disappears when we dont get rain....this was last year when we had enuff rain...


Without water, we lose these natural resources.....for fishing, for swimming, for fun..
There are countries in this world that would love fresh water to drink, to shower with, to give their animals...We each need to be in toned to what we can do to save it...Like for example catching rainwater, using the cold water cycle on washing our clothes, having a filter on our tap water, instead of using sooo many plastic bottle...those rings around cans and bottles, get in our waterways, and hurt or maime our wildlife...when u buy something with the rings, please cut them sooo YOU wont be the reason a bird or fish or any of GOD's creatures die....
This is a world wide project of Blog Action Day, this project is saving water...

Now Rocky would like his bloggie back...hmmm, me loves water, to drink, but nooot soo much when me has to have a baff....that dumb ole Jodee likes to jump in the bafftub, me will neverrr understand her way of thinkin...

Wow, who hasnt been touched by cancer...Be it with our "furkids" or the special people in our lives...the numbers are staggering of how many will get this nasty illness...and whats so bad, u get it and beat it and then the nasty stuff CAN come back...

There is nooo way i can name who all of us have cancer or had it and lost, or those yet to be diagnosed with the evil C word...I remember Dena (Harry's Mom) who lost her battle, sweet Dakota, who fought so hard..and now Phantom who is fighting again...and Gussie and Teka's muzzer who is for now cancer free, and Asta's daddi, and pray that they will always b, till the end of time...all the ones we have loved and lost....The ones that are fighting now, Twix's grandma, Chef's daddy Morrie, Vic of Zoolatry, and myself...I know this is not all, just sooo many of us to name...
i would also like to thank the people at the Valdese Cancer Care Center, for always treating me with compassion and respect...
Ann, Vic's wife and Milo and Alfie created this day when we all can unite for one common bond...To Beat Cancer in Our Lifetime.....

Floyd!!

Hi all, i am kinda borrowing the pups bloggie for this post..Their daddy and my hubby Floyd had to have open heart surgery today...he is in icu, his nurse and dr said he did well...he will b in icu until tomorrow evening, then transfered to telemiry or something..its one step down from icu...not sure how long he will b in there before he goes to his room...would someone please post it on facebook for me...for some reason i cant get in there..this is scary, 1st jake and jh daddy had trouble with his heart and then lacie, stanny and scruffys dad had trouble..kinda makes u wonder whats going on..sooo take good care of your daddys....also would like to say happy barkday to ms asta...and get well all the pups and kitties sick...our condulences to sniffie's family...and twinkie has a show ur tongue contest...cant think to straight right now...

As we all know, this is a very sad anniversary for us all....So many countries were involved in the September 11, 2001 attack on our country...We will never forget!!!!



and a very sad anniversary for me personally....on this date, a year ago, I lost my only sister...my only sibling....Cant help the "all alone" feeling....Thanks to Khyra and her mom and Jazzi and Simba's mum, Claire for making me smile on this sad, sad day....Sis, i will always love and miss u!!!

I just saw on Key West Collies bloggie that their grandpaw just crossed the bridge...today...our condolences to Essex and Deacon and DogDad....They got to have a last visit with him Monday...and were with him when he crossed...RIP Grandpaw...run and play with all our "furkids", tell them we miss and love them..please drop by a give ur support and love..Thanks!!

mama haded trouble wiff her batteries, the rechargeable ones dieded and she had to git new ones...me hopes to git her to make a movie of me and rocky going pp at same time...she says we sooo cute..we will sees...

Justice for Bear-Bear!!!

A lot of u have already heard about the killing of a husky in Maryland...He went to a dog park to play, and didnt make it home...There are several articles on it...please check here and here....Someone started a petition to bring justice for the dog Bear-Bear...If you would like to sign it please go here..its pretty bad when a place that is suppose to b safe for our pups is a "killing ground"...thanks!!
