LiveStrong....Wipe out cancer in our lifetime!!!!!

Wow, who hasnt been touched by cancer...Be it with our "furkids" or the special people in our lives...the numbers are staggering of how many will get this nasty illness...and whats so bad, u get it and beat it and then the nasty stuff CAN come back...

There is nooo way i can name who all of us have cancer or had it and lost, or those yet to be diagnosed with the evil C word...I remember Dena (Harry's Mom) who lost her battle, sweet Dakota, who fought so hard..and now Phantom who is fighting again...and Gussie and Teka's muzzer who is for now cancer free, and Asta's daddi, and pray that they will always b, till the end of time...all the ones we have loved and lost....The ones that are fighting now, Twix's grandma, Chef's daddy Morrie, Vic of Zoolatry, and myself...I know this is not all, just sooo many of us to name...
i would also like to thank the people at the Valdese Cancer Care Center, for always treating me with compassion and respect...
Ann, Vic's wife and Milo and Alfie created this day when we all can unite for one common bond...To Beat Cancer in Our Lifetime.....

Floyd!!

Hi all, i am kinda borrowing the pups bloggie for this post..Their daddy and my hubby Floyd had to have open heart surgery today...he is in icu, his nurse and dr said he did well...he will b in icu until tomorrow evening, then transfered to telemiry or something..its one step down from icu...not sure how long he will b in there before he goes to his room...would someone please post it on facebook for me...for some reason i cant get in there..this is scary, 1st jake and jh daddy had trouble with his heart and then lacie, stanny and scruffys dad had trouble..kinda makes u wonder whats going on..sooo take good care of your daddys....also would like to say happy barkday to ms asta...and get well all the pups and kitties sick...our condulences to sniffie's family...and twinkie has a show ur tongue contest...cant think to straight right now...

As we all know, this is a very sad anniversary for us all....So many countries were involved in the September 11, 2001 attack on our country...We will never forget!!!!



and a very sad anniversary for me personally....on this date, a year ago, I lost my only sister...my only sibling....Cant help the "all alone" feeling....Thanks to Khyra and her mom and Jazzi and Simba's mum, Claire for making me smile on this sad, sad day....Sis, i will always love and miss u!!!

I just saw on Key West Collies bloggie that their grandpaw just crossed the bridge...today...our condolences to Essex and Deacon and DogDad....They got to have a last visit with him Monday...and were with him when he crossed...RIP Grandpaw...run and play with all our "furkids", tell them we miss and love them..please drop by a give ur support and love..Thanks!!

me name is Jodee, mama says me has to git use to me name and me has to remember what 'nooooo" means...dat electrical cords and her sandals iz not chew toys...rocky, "dat bigger doggie" is trying to learn to play wiff me..he growls at me and sometimes chases me..heehee, meee chases him toooo...me is around 7weeks old, me wonders iffin me will b as big as ciara, katie and bertie... me thinks me needs to grow sum...

mama haded trouble wiff her batteries, the rechargeable ones dieded and she had to git new ones...me hopes to git her to make a movie of me and rocky going pp at same time...she says we sooo cute..we will sees...

Justice for Bear-Bear!!!

A lot of u have already heard about the killing of a husky in Maryland...He went to a dog park to play, and didnt make it home...There are several articles on it...please check here and here....Someone started a petition to bring justice for the dog Bear-Bear...If you would like to sign it please go here..its pretty bad when a place that is suppose to b safe for our pups is a "killing ground"...thanks!!

the name game!!! by Rocky!!!

The name game, was the idea of Frankie Furter, and he asked us all to post the story of how we gots our names...

Mine is really not very interesting...me has always been rocky...me googled rocky and some of the places saided it wuz english and some saided it meant brave and strong...me is a warrior...when they 1st seed me, me was chained to a fence, had about 6ft of room to move..anddd me was standing on me dog house...hence the brave and strong part..That man and woman wuz lookin at me and he just scooped me up in his arms...and they brung me to their house..1st thing they did was tie me to a tie out, me heard the woman say, so he can pooo n peee...heehee dont they know me was outside when they finded me and me had already poo and peed.......sooo me did what i had to, me chewed that leash they had me on and me went to find them....

when we found rocky, his name just fit...he is a little stubborn...and was suppose to b part poodle/sheepdog.... when we drive down the street, if ANYTHING is outside, he barks and tried to chase it...if we stop at a store, when people go by the car, he barks and tries to herd..soo in our observation, rocky was the only name for him..

They calls me rocky, rocky top, ....heehee mostly "brat".....and thats how me gotted me name....
